Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten

This film, the title for which in English would translate into "The Bremen Town Musicians," was an Agfacolor film. It was 277 meters long, which is about a 10 minute length.

The film was produced by Heinz Tischmeyer.

The poster size is "A1," or ca. 33 x 23 inches in dimension. The Reich Censorship Office rubber-stamp of approval has a 1942 date, but the film was not released until March 23, 1943, according to Jugend & Film, published by the NSDAP, Amtliches Organ des Jugendführers des Deutsche Reiches (i.e. HJ), Berlin, 1944.

This is the only childrens‘ fairy-tale film poster in our Collection.
