The film had it's Ostmark (formerly Austria) premiere at the famous Apollo Cinema in Vienna on the 21st of Auguist 1942. Attending were the Director, Hans Steinhoff, the lead star, Ewald Balser, and fine character actor Theodor Loos. Here -- from our Collection -- the page from the Apollo's guest book, which was signed on the night of the film premiere by those three men.... Steinhoff autographs are exceedingly rare.
